We won't pretend Panda Solar has been trading for thirty years, because it hasn't — we're a new business, and we're excited about that, not embarrassed by it. What isn't new is the people behind it.
Between the directors, there's over 50 years in the building and construction trade — running crews, managing jobs, dealing with customers, keeping standards up when nobody's watching. That's the foundation. On top of that, our director Sean brings genuine hands-on solar installation and electrical experience, having spent years fitting panels and wiring systems for an established solar company before helping build this one.
Put together, that's a team that knows how to run a proper trade business and knows how solar actually gets fitted — which is a rarer combination than it should be. We're not trying to be the biggest or the most profitable installer in Wales. We want to be the one people actually trust, and we're genuinely fired up about building that from scratch, our way.
